I started writing this book not with the intention of becoming an author, but the morning after I lost my BB Prince. When I found him crushed in a thousand pieces on the highway, the pain was unbearable. In that moment, I had only my words to free me. I began writing, and I never stopped.
This book shares the profound transformation I experienced after turning 40, catalyzed by the grief recovery work I did on myself. I began healing my heart after BB Prince's death, and in the process, I ended up healing my entire childhood. I never realized the depth of the compounded anger, depression, sadness, and anxiety from unresolved grief that I carried from my past.

About the author
B.B. Prince was my son, not just a dog. When I found him crushed in a thousand pieces on the highway, my heart shattered. I had no understanding of grief at the time, and the ways I tried to cope—through food, crying, isolation, and escaping—only deepened the pain. It wasn’t until I discovered the Grief Recovery Method that I stepped into a whole new world of liberation and emotional freedom.
The grief recovery process didn’t just heal my broken heart; it also helped me heal my childhood wounds. It made me aware of the dull, depressed life I had been living, and I made the conscious decision to heal, transform, and move forward.
I transitioned from a career as an architect and project manager in the construction field, working in Paris, London, and Montreal, to a life of purpose, joy, and blessings. Today, I help people around the world heal their hearts, transform their lives, reclaim their health, and glow up from within.
