My Journey Through Grief and Healing
I’ve experienced grief in many forms—losing pets, family, homes, health, trust, faith, and even my childhood. Growing up with emotionally immature parents, I often felt disconnected, lonely, and unwanted. I didn’t realize I was carrying unresolved grief until the loss of my beloved dog, BB Prince.
That loss broke me. I numbed my emotions, cried endlessly, and stayed stuck in victimhood—until I discovered the grief recovery process. Only then did I finally find peace and lightness again.
