FREE Grief Circle For love and support
"The wound is the place where the Light enters you." – Rumi
"I believe that when we experience loss or change in our lives, we feel destabilized. We lose our routines and habits. Regardless of whether the loss is painful or joyful, we are often not ready to let go of the past—either because we don’t know how or we simply can’t. Forgiveness and acceptance are vital, yet they can be difficult to achieve. In these tough moments, what we need most is connection—connecting with others who are also navigating grief. We want to feel supported, loved, connected and understood.
That is the purpose of this circle."
The Grief Circle is a safe and supportive space led by a dedicated Grief Recovery Specialist, Hounaïda Bellasfar. This circle is for those navigating the complexities of loss, whether you're coping with the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, pet loss, or facing significant life changes in health, finances, or environment, or simply grieving your challenging childhood. By joining this circle, you will find peace and begin your healing journey within a compassionate community.
Our gathering offers a nurturing environment where participants can share their experiences, express their emotions, and connect with others who are also going through grief. You’ll have opportunities to share if you feel comfortable, and there will also be moments of learning and guidance to help you understand and process grief in a healthier, more effective way.
The circle is designed to foster compassion, deep listening, and a shared sense of hope — always with respect for your privacy, dignity, and sensitivity.

(60-minute Zoom Gathering)
This single Grief Circle session is designed to provide both emotional support and practical guidance in a nurturing and safe space. Here’s what you can expect:
Opening Grounding Exercise: We will start with a short grounding exercise, such as deep breathing or a mindfulness activity, to help everyone settle in and feel centered before we begin.
Introduction and Welcome: I will introduce myself, share a bit about the purpose of the circle, and explain how the session will unfold. Participants will also have an opportunity to introduce themselves if they feel comfortable.
Sharing and Listening: There will be a dedicated time for participants to share their personal experiences with grief, if they wish. This is a space for open expression, where everyone is encouraged to speak from the heart, while others listen with empathy and without judgment. Sharing is always voluntary.
Guided Learning and Reflection: During the session, I will introduce key concepts around grief and healing, offering practical tools and insights to help you process your loss in a healthier way. You will also have time to reflect on how these ideas relate to your own journey.
Closing Circle: We will close the session with a group reflection, where participants can share any final thoughts or feelings. We’ll end with a short meditation or visualization exercise to leave you feeling more grounded, supported, and hopeful.

About me
I am an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, certified by The Grief Recoevery Institute.Over the years, I've helped countless individuals find solace in their darkest hours. My own journey through grief taught me the weight of sorrow but also the transformative power of healing. Together, we will shed tears, share smiles, and uncover the patterns that hold us back. Through this journey, you will find light in the darkness, proving that healing is not only possible but inevitable for those who seek it.
From Heartbreak to Healing: My Personal Path Through Loss
I understand the deep pain that comes with loss. When my beloved dog, BB Prince — who was like a son to me — was found crushed on the highway, I was shocked, horrified, and overwhelmed with guilt. I struggled to talk about it and withdrew into isolation. I didn’t want to be judged or misunderstood, which only deepened my sadness, anger, and loneliness. Even after adopting another dog, the pain didn’t go away.
It wasn’t until I discovered how to recover from my grief that I finally found peace and began to heal. I learned to work through my emotions step by step, freeing myself from guilt and sadness. In doing so, I began my transformation and realized that I was also grieving my challenging childhood — having been a highly sensitive child raised by emotionally immature parents.
I also went through a difficult breakup that shattered my dreams of family and love. It left me feeling betrayed and deeply hurt, but using the same tools, I was able to stand up, move forward, and rise with resilience. Though painful memories resurface, I now embrace hope, joy, and freedom, focusing on self-love and living my purpose to help others connect and heal.
I’m here to share this journey with you and support you in finding peace and healing, just as I did.
